So here are the sales and coupon deals I'm going after this week:

Food Lion has 93% lean ground beef at $2.99 a pound through Tuesday. I'll be stocking up. They also have a good meal deal going.

Rite Aid:
Crest ProHealth Enamel Shield Toothpaste 4.2 oz. $2.69 There is a Single Check Rebate for $2.69, making it free, but with $0.75/1 coupon from the 6/5 PG or 7/3 PG
it's a money maker.

Kellogg’s Cereal or Nutri-Grain Bars 8 ct. 2/$5 (CVS also has the same deal)
2 boxes of Crunchy Nut Cereal $5, use a $1.50/2 or $0.70/1 coupon from this weeks Red Plum and get 2/$3.50

CVS has the same Kellogg's Cereal deal as Rite Aid and one free Balance Bar after Extra care bucks.
